maint: update readme

**Requirements**

+ `python 3.9`

+ `virtualenv`

+ `poetry`

+ `make`

+ `screen`

#### Step 1 : clone this repository

```sh

git clone https://git.unicaen.fr/francois.ledoyen/tagthunder.git

```

cd tagthunder

```

#### Step 3 : Create virtual environment

#### Step 3 : Install app

```sh

virtualenv -p python3.9 venv

make install

```

#### Step 4 : Activate venv

### Run App

Run API and crawler in two screen sessions

```sh

make run

```

to attach session :

```sh

source venv/bin/activate

screen -r tagthunder-<api | crawler>

```

#### Step 5 : Install requirements with `setup.py`

Run API or crawler separately

```sh

python -m pip install -e .

make run-api

#or

make run-crawler

```

This allows to :

  - install requirements ;

  - create entry-point (*i.e* command line) `api-run` to run `API`.
