Fix a typo int he module config path for krb5

deploy modules and sites to their respective *-available directory and symlink the, to the appropriate *-enabled - fixes #83

to be able to configure the path

This parameter controls whether freeradius module should handle the
creation/mode of log files.

Config created was not correct because in debian based systems
use paths slightly different than others.

Although it is declared as mandatory, it is not used anywhere.

freeradius init script do have status option in debian systems. Without this modification, freeradius is restarted when a config file is changed, but it not started if it is not running.

acctusersfile and preproxy_usersfile should be configured by default as
undef.

* It was checking parameters with the wrong name
* The database driver was not correctly configured in the template

The type Freeradius::Listen_type does not exists. It is an enumerate of
valid listen type

This is a function related with the configuration of a freeradius, so
I move it to a "module" namespace.
freeradius::ldap remains available, but with a warning message.

The parameters added are to configure connection pool

Add authorize, authenticate,... parameters to freeradius::site so they
could be used to configure the site.
