Rename lx_templates table to lxc_templates for compatibility with sqlite. Maybe was an error lx_templates instead lxc_templates.

SQL for creating the lxc templates table. Also there
is an entry with a busybox template.

Now we have a table for the templates, and the LXC
create domain method enforces the id_template argument.

It fails by now but it should be done soon

Spaces had to be stripped from lxc-ls. That's why
it never matched.
