When an other user (or anonymous user on web interface) requested subscribing/unsubscribing, if target user already subscribed / not yet subscribed to the list, they will be informed someone requested action while no actions will be taken.  Also, fake response will be sent to requester to prevent sniffing users.

Fixed by assigning $request->{email} to scenario context.

WWSympa: new request handler move_list (formerly copy_list and rename_list) to be integrated to Sympa::Request framework.

Fixed by reimplement it using Sympa::Request framework.

[change] Authentication key used by mail commands are no longer reusable.  It will be randomly generated.
Note that the keys generated by earlier releases are no longer available.
