Introduced Sympa::Tools::Text::slurp() to slurp text file applying Unicode sanitization and normalization. Note: Though Unicode::Normalize and Unicode::UTF8 are optional now, they would be mandatory in the future.

Sympa::Tools::Text::wrap_text() consumes large amount of memory for large size of texts.  Reduce it.

Administrators upgrading from earlier versions have to run upgrade_sympa_password.pl to decrypt and rehash older passwords.

Fixed by preventing folding words matching email regexp.

[change] css_url & css_path are no longer may be per-robot parameters.  Because robot subdirectories under CSSDIR are assumed.

And updating copyright notice in lately changed sources.

[dev] dup_var() with complex data is very inefficient and makes response very slow.  Experimentally use Clone::clone().
